1. Return Eligibility

  • Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

2. Non-returnable Items

  • Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.
  • Sale items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
